Providing Everything You Need

BOXING BODY CONDITIONING

Boxing Body Conditioning is a boxing based fitness class. Created by coach Phil, it is a boxing class for all abilities. It is based on the training used in boxing such as pad work in partners, bag work as well as cardio and body weight conditioning exercises. We will teach you the correct technique for punching and holding the pads and get you fit at the same time. Not only are you going get an incredible boxing work out but you'll have fun whilst doing so!

LADIES BOXFIT

Ladies boxfit is a boxing based fitness class for all abilities and for ladies only - perfect if you would feel more comfortable as a woman to train in a ladies only class. It is based on the training used in boxing such as partner work, pad work and bag work as well as incorporating conditioning cardio and body weight based exercises. We will show you the correct technique to punching and holding the pads as well as build your confidence in a safe and comfortable environment whilst getting you fit at the same time!

TRAINING CAMP

Training Camp is our very own hybrid bootcamp/circuit class. We have various setups for Training Camp all which involve weight based exercises such as deadlifts, squats, back row; functional stations like sled pushing, tyre flips and battle ropes as well as cardio stations that are body weight based like burpees, lunges and press ups or on our incredible machines! It is the perfect class to hit all of your fitness goals from getting fitter to building strength. Stations can be tailored each individual. It’s a member favourite!

LITTLE OAKLEY BOXING CLUB ROOTS
(LOBC ROOTS)

This is our mixed ability boxing session open to ages 9+. Whether you are a complete beginner or have previous boxing experience this session is for those interested in learning to box or improve skills and technique.

Sessions will involve partner work such as body sparring, tech sparring and target work. Themed bag work as well boxing based conditioning exercises such as shadow boxing, skipping and body weight exercises - everything you would expect in a boxing club session.

Our goal for roots session is for everyone who wishes to eventually compete in boxing to progress to our amateur/professional club - Little Oakley Boxing Club.

LITTLE OAKLEY LADIES BOXING CLUB 

This is our ladies only amateur/professional boxing club for woman only ages 12+. Whether you are a complete beginner or have previous boxing experience this session is for those interested in learning to box or improve skills and technique.

Sessions will involve partner work such as body sparring, tech sparring and target work. Themed bag work as well boxing based conditioning exercises such as shadow boxing, skipping and body weight exercises - everything you would expect in a boxing club session.

KIDS BOXING

A fun introduction to boxing for kids. For ages 4-9 years, we offer a range of boxing based games, partner work,  bag work and other aspects of boxing training such as shadow boxing and skipping - all in a fun and enjoyable way! We make it interactive to teach them the boxing basics all whilst building their confidence as little boxers!
