Service Description

Training Camp is our very own hybrid bootcamp/circuit class. We have various setups for Training Camp all which involve weight based exercises such as deadlifts, squats, back row; functional stations like sled pushing, tyre flips and battle ropes as well as cardio stations that are body weight based - burpees, lunges, press ups or on our incredible machines! It is the perfect class to hit all of your fitness goals from getting fitter to building strength. Stations can be tailored each individual. It’s a member favourite!
